Okay, I have recently gotten some birthday money, and I want to buy somethings to enhance a campaign I am currently DMing. I have about 100 dollors. Anyways, here is the campaign story (I am not going to type the whole history and everything, because that would take forever):
---------------------------------------------------------------
The church of Shar is subtly getting a foothold in the Silver Marches (Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting) through one of their cells which is largly yaun-ti, which is ran by a shadow dragon sorcerer. The church hopes, that by using the Silver Marches and the North in general as a base of operations, they can finally have the holy war that they have always wanted. Clerics of the church are converting citizens secretely to the dark religion, rather through blackmail or bribery.

A group of good lyncanthropes in the area, who are worshipers of Selune, are trying to stop them. Also, Harpers and clerics of Selune are often seen among the ranks of the lyncanthropes.

However, what the Selune-worshipers don't know, the seal that keeps a group of ancient shadow dragons, known as the Dark Paragons, is breaking, and have been communicating with the church of Shar. They are the bound servants of the dark goddess, but they hate being slaves. The Dark Paragons want to use the church to further their own means and gain power in Faerun.

Hidden deep within High Forest are hidden two artifacts (a gauntlet and a staff) that were forged from a meteorite by the leader of an ancient sylvan race who worshiped the moon. The artifacts are said to be the tools of fey-blooded warriors who will rise up during a time that the Dark Paragons return. The warriors are, of course, the PC and an enchanter named Esvele (who is the PC's lover). None of the different groups know of the existance of the artifacts.

Sorry that was so long. Okay, now this is where I need help. I don't know what would help me. Here are the books I have:
-PHB
-DMG
-MM (1,2,&3)
-PH2
-Dragon Magic
-Book of Vile Darkness
-Forgotten Realms Core Setting
-Expanded Psionics Handbook
-Weapons of Legacy
-Epic Level Handbook
-Draconomicon (I don't own it, but I have it readily availible from a friend)
Those were all I could think of right now (those are all of them that are that important anyways). Now my main problem is I don't know what items would help my campaign the most. I am sorry that this is kinda insignifigant. I just want to make this campaign as good as possible. Maybe Complete Mage (fey-heritage feats)? Silver Marches Location Book? Any ideas would be nice. :) Thank you all ahead of time.

I would recommend the Player's Guide To Faerun and perhaps the D20 System Slaves of the Moon book. The PGtF has alot of good ideas and whatnot about the setting and the SotM has a ton of really good stuff involving lycanthropes of all kinds. Faiths and Pantheons is also good reference for more in-depth knowledge of the goddesses and their individual clergies.

as an owner of the Slaves of the Moon book, I can heartily endorse its purchase. It's even a paperback, and thus slightly cheaper than other sourcebooks. It's technically 3rd party, however, so keep that in mind. (Great book, though, definitely go for it).

Actually Slaves of the Moon does sound interesting. Is it that common? Cause I can't get it online (my dad won't let me) and I only have a one or two places around where I live that sell D&D stuff.

My players really enjoy when I use enviroment based setting tools, my personal favorite being Frostburn as it works well for passing seasons and is more adaptable than Sandstorm or Stormwrack. I also suggest Players Guide to Faerun.

Don't know about the FR-stuff as I don't play it, but if you're heading for your games store, look into the DMG II. I found it to be a new source of inspiration for my adventures. You could argue that you can make up all the things in the book yourself, but you have to a) think about them, b) have the time to work 'm out. So perhaps you should look into it.

Aside from the DMG II, I see that you have no complete & no races of the wild books. Perhaps you don't like the books, but both give the players a lot more opportunities (naturally you'll have to go through them first to see what you want in your games and what you don't want in your games). I've got me the races of the wild, stone and destiny and although I might not give my players all options, I've used the new options in these books to fill my new campaign world.

You can also use these books to stop "monster-loving"-players (in case you have them and you don't want them to through the trouble of LA & stuff). In these books there are a lot of new races that are actually very playable (not all without LA, but a great deal). You should check out all three, possibly you don't like one kind of "races" and than you don't want to spend your dollars on a present that isn't really what your looking for.

Cheers
