Advice for Modern magic campaign. [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-30-07, 03:31 PM I'm doing A semi-modern campaign. Each character (and even some npc's) has a magical item of my creation (a total of 179). My PC's are diverse, and I am about to reach the end, I would like to keep it going I need Ideas.

PC's

Class - Level - Position - Item

Druid - 12 - Leader - Guardian that devours all. / 10 unique Summons (in arm)

Fighter - 11 - Guard - Electric charged rings, Dimensional travel ring
Bard - 11 - Navigator - Flute that summons random creatures.
Ninja - 8 - None - Flaming shurikens (He might die soon)
Rouge - 12 - Book-keeper - Ruby that sees magical aura's and invisibility / a map that changes with location.

04-30-07, 03:35 PM Btw the Bard is a Psion, but the pcs don't know. And the Bard, fighter, Rouge and Druid run a kingdom. The druid is the queen and the fighter is captain of the town gaurd. A sorceror that follows them is captain of the Queens gaurd.

04-30-07, 03:59 PM Plot thus far they had to participate in the "War games" they lost two characters in the process. After defeating the head knight, king, and queen (It was on a chess piece system) the party continued on from the content of Dalkia towards the northern part of the world escorting mistress Delila to the witch kingdom of Galbagger.

04-30-07, 05:00 PM so...do you need advice on the items, or more details to the plot, or maybe the end of the campaign, or is it something else that I've missed entirely?

05-01-07, 09:44 AM Is it meant to be in the "real" world. I remember Mage: The Ascension had a cool idea - all magic had to have a plausable, non-magical explanation. So you don't cast fireball - it's just that someone left the gas on...

05-03-07, 02:19 PM Its More so of a -they've always been there- thing with the items, although character magic is more difficult. I need help with the plot. I wanted to get up to at least a level 18. I will hand over anything you need information wise, I just want to continue it.
