Telekinesis Rail Machine (TRM)

The TRM works through the capturing of the souls of sorcerers. The magic in their souls can then be mechanomagically used to generate a telekinesis spell (dont remember if that's the actual name) in all of the spots of a metallic rail.
Whenever the user pulls the trigger, the many spells are activated and a chamber containing small metal bits is opened. The spells pull the metal bits so fast that by the time they come out they are hot enough to cut through any known material.

(this section is still a work in progress)
Requirements:
The character must spend a feat to be able to use the TRM.
The character must be able to carry the fifty kilo monstrosity that is the TRM.
The character must have at least spent a week with someone who knows how to operate the TRM (this must be acomplished along with using a feat).

The TRM wheighs fifty kilos, it's a big box with a one meter long Rail sticking out of it (with a lot of mechanical accesories sticking out of it). it is operated by pulling inward a 50 centimeter trigger the sticks outwards of the downside of the Rail.
