rulerofDarkness 07-14-07, 02:52 PM	Hello follow members This is my homebrew worlds history so far..and a bit about it's races and such. -When I'm done with the map a link to it will go here- Main Locations Draconious Forzenus Veronu History The written history of Darconis is as follows Chapter 1 The Clan Wars In the baganing of written history there were 4 human Clans, The Dojun clan famous for it's wizards, The Draco Clan famous for its dragon riders, the Spear Clan famous for it's ingeinous use of the longspear, and finally The Darju Clan Famous and infamous for it's powerful assains. Thes clans were situadted on 2 continets Forzenus and Draconious. the Clans for a while lived in peace but then the leader of the Dojun was killed and the Darju were blamend war broke between the Dojun and the Darju. Chapter 2 The First War The First War was a bloody drawn out affair. The battles were long and bloody. The Dojun animated Golems and Dread Guards to fight against the Darju and there Assians and foot soldiers...finally the Dojun borke through Darju defenses..and killed the rulers of the clan and absorbed their territory. The few darju assians that survived began to freelance and teach their trade to others. However The Spear Clan had servral contracts with Darju and were displeased with the outcome of the war and they attacked Dojun... Chapter 3 The Second war and the great destablizaton The Dojun not expecting an attack were quickly over on on servral fronts by the time they were able to organize a defense it was almost to late the Dojun only held 6 citys by this time...having no choice they turned to the dead to fight there battles they rtaised huge armies of undead using necromancy these undead quiclky routed the The Spear Clan..but las though the spear can had routed many Necromancer defected and set their own small kingdoms..making the Dojun easy prey for the Spear clan....The Spear cla raised new armies and defeated the remant of the Dojun and slowly began to to take over the Necromancers kingdoms.. Chapter four The draco Clan reacts and the Fourth War The Draco Clan under urging from The Gold Dragons decleared war on the Spear Clan sending out massive armies of of Half Dragons and foot soldier and of course their elite dragons riders...The Spear clan however was prepared the war draged on for 15 Years before a victor was declear the....Spear Cla had won overuniing the the Draco Clan and taking their lands.. Chapter 5 Discovory and the start of the Rebalion The Spear Clan having almost no rivils now began to explore the seas and the unexplored portions of the contient...they discvored new races giant elve and many more (basicly all the races from the MM, MM2, MM3, FF, FB, SS, SW, LM, LofM, and the other books with races in em I have. The Spear Clan attacked an elvish kingdom called the Kingdom Of Light by it's resdince..well the bulk of the Spear Clans armies were fighting the war..back at the homfront change was brewing...A Reballion lead by a brave wizard the masses of revloted using picthfork sword and any thing else they could get their hands on they masses overan the Spear clan's home defense armies and killed the clan leader..as for the armies fighting the elve kingdom..they were defeated and when the retreated to the homefront they got a hostile welcome..The Spear Clan effectivly became a monarchy..called the Middle Kingdom..eventully the elve kingdom fell into chaos for a reason lost to history. Chapter 6 The New Kingdoms After many centuries new kingdoms formend to name them The Middle Kingdom, The South Kingdom and the North Kingdom along with many kingdoms bound to islands and the 3rd continet Veronu. These kingdoms for the most part remain today expect The North Kingdom and the SnadShapers kingdom. Chapter 7 The Dark Leigon The North kingdom however..does not exist anymore it was overun by a group of powerful wizard suing huge armies of constructs..These wizards were called the Dark Leigon..they still remain there despite a short war fought against them...that was 1000 years in the past yet there leader still lives... That The history and yes most the races in my D&D books are in this world and I know it seems kind of rushed..What do you think? My map should also be up soon.
Forfeit 07-15-07, 03:55 PM	Its too generic. Its the kind of kingdom heavy metal bands use to base their songs on. Using very original names like "Forest of Darkness", "Valey of Doom" and "Mountains of Iron Sufering". It needs more flavor. Please, North, Middle and South Kingdomn? Doesnt people in these lands value their culture and want to name their land with something that is special to them?
