Far Realm Campaign [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-03-07, 10:12 PM Ok here is the question. Has any one done a Far Realm/ CoC campaign using Sanity and if so how did it work I am thinking of reworking the sanity rules from CoC d20 to only effect characters that "play" with Far Realm critters and things.

04-04-07, 04:36 AM I might be more aligned to use the Taint (Depravity) rules from Heroes of Horror over the Sanity rules. The Sanity rules seem to harsh to me.

I'm actually running a game which will take place both on the material world and on far realm. The players will have an "issue" going on that will make their consciousnesses travel to the far realm from time to time. I will be using the depravity rules extensively. Bwahahaha.

Hmmm, horror.

04-04-07, 02:30 PM there are some rules for sanity in unearthed arcana. but i think in Heroes of Horror they're better (i'm not sure).
