| illiterate11-10-07, 11:17 AM | I try to have things make sense in my game.. which is to say, there are magical effects, but I want their consequences to make sense. In a particular city (surrounded by mountain), there are steam tunnels which run all over under the ground. At regular intervals there are openings to allow heat to rise into the streets, keeping the people warm in the harsh climate. My question is this.. when cold air spills down into the valley, will the upswell of warm air keep the fog off the ground, or will it actually guarantee the city is swathed in fog at night? |
