| Cariyaga07-12-07, 02:35 AM | Okay, a lot. Inspiration struck me. I made it in notepad, in bullet format. Tell me what you think of it. -PCs start off in the wilderness, where they go about their business, perhaps being cornered by some wolves. -After defeating said wolves, they go to sleep, and wake up about 8 hours later to the sounds of thundering hooves. Peeking out from the bushes, they see a squad of men (11) arguing about whether they should ambush them and kill them, or take them to "Sartorius" At this point they have a choice; They may either try to talk to them, kill them, run away, or scout them out a bit more. (aproximately CR3, they're fairly weak, though it mayn't matter considering there are only about 2 of them. Stealth approved) -If they attempt to talk to them, they enemies are surprised, and speechless for a few moments. -One of the enemies tries to attack them, but is stopped by another, and they start arguing. Fairly comical stuff insues. The enemies start fighting each other, and when they're all at about 3/4 HP, they realize either that the PCs are attacking them, as well, or that they've run off. If A, they start attacking the PCs in a extremely disorganized manner, shoving each other as much as they attack the PCs. All of this should make it about CR1-2. If I see that they're losing, I'll fudge a few rolls or ACs--They are meant to either win this, or run away. If they win, they'll notice only 10 bodies. One of the more disciplined men snuck off, supposedly back to Sartorius. -If they scout, the same thing happens, minus them entering. With a few less casualties. -If they run away, they encounter some Wood Elves that are suspicious of them, but not hostile at all. CR 1 diplomacy encounter. To be continued... Edit: Forgot something. It is a party of two level 1 gestalt characters. |
