| Alexeduardo07-06-07, 03:35 PM | (yes, i promise, last one and I get back to work) My campaign setting prototype is this: The city of Fernidan, the inmortal city that occupies the whole island of Egnland. A city of rules. You shant kill. you shant steal. you shant use any form of magic whatsoever. This last rule has been brutally enforced by the feared Gray Guard for the last 300 years. And it had helped eliminate all forms of magic in this city. Until recently. For people across the inmortal city have been showing potential for spontaneous spellcasting. The Gray guard is busier than ever, but the illegal sorcerers are relentless and seek to take the place of the inmortal council of wizards who rule the city. nothing more that a prototype right now. what do you think of it? |
| Khadmus07-06-07, 05:37 PM | What is "magic"? Spells? Spells, spell-like abilities, and supernatural abilities? Magic items? What of the Invisible Art (psionics)? Incarnum? |

| Druss_of_The_Sword07-07-07, 03:08 PM | i read a book like this The Heritage of Shannara Series. There were no elves either because elves are inherently magical. |
