The chapter you want is Maps and Other Handouts ( http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?p=12684274#post12684274)

The BEST PC map is a four page print out, but you have to register a userid at Enworld to get it:
Map Tiles for Chapters 1,2 (http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=162236) mark@enworld
Membership at enworld required to download:
- Marauder Attack
- Elsir Vale PC Map
- Elsir Vale PC map - BIG <====== THIS ONE!
- Drellin's Ferry Maps
- Witchwood Map
- Lord Koth's Map as a handout
- Causeway Map
- Causeway Map Tiles for Minis
- Vraath Keep Map
- Vraath Keep Tiles for Minis
- Skull Gorge Bridge Map
- Skull Gorge Bridge Tiles for Minis
- Road Blockade DM Map
- Road Blockade PC Handout
- Road Blockade Tiles (Economy) for Minis
- Black Fens PC Map
- Black Fens DM Map
- Road Blockade Tiles (not economy) for Minis
- Starsong Hill
- Ruins of Rhest Dm Map
- Ruins of Rhest PC Map
- Rhest Town Hall Map Tiles for minis
- Rhest Town Hall DM Map
- Rhest Bell Tower Tiles for minis

A direct link to that thread is here (http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=162236). The map you want is the third one listed, Elsir Vale, Player Map, Quartered (http://www.enworld.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=24188).

If that's too much trouble (it shouldn't be, those maps are GORGEOUS!) you can also try these two links:
Player Map - High Detail Jpg (http://willsfamily.org/games/rhod/MainMapPlayer.jpg)
Koth Map - High Detail jpg (http://willsfamily.org/games/rhod/FoundMap.jpg)

Oops. I took a quick look at those last two, the city names were changed for his LG (Living Greyhawk?) campaign.

If none of the above work for you, check elsewhere in the Maps chapter, but your best bet is still the wack of stuff at enworld.

Heck, quite honestly, check out the entire index thread. I'm sure there's other stuff you can use. Let me know if it helps!

Aw man! I just re-read your post. An A4 map!! Hmmm. NOW I'm not so sure. Check out the Maps and Handout section as linked above though. Could you drop a pdf into Word, and "stretch it" to A4?

Being Canadian, I'm stuck with the 8.5x11" universe, so A4 is something I have no experience with.
