| Darth Syntax04-25-07, 02:20 PM | For the seller of "drugs" (by which I assume you mean the recreational sort, and not an apothecary),I suggest The Milk of Paradise, a reference to opium. Such a place might also double as a poison vendor so I'm not sure you need a seperate "Joe's house o poison" what do you mean with *Special* Bath house? (dident get the hint) A brothel I assume. |
| WHW404-25-07, 02:50 PM | Poison: The Last Laugh - Run by Golrat the halfling. He can't speak due to an accident with a poison that paralyzed his vocal chords years ago. Slaves: Beings and Things - Run by Slavemaster Gilminor the human. He has one eye and a horrible disposition. Traps: Catch and Release - Run by Larosa the human. She's exceptionally beautiful and friendly. Weapons: The Business End - Run by Belzor the human. He is a loud and boisterous gentleman with a likable air about him. Alchemy: Tinctures, Tonics, and Test Tubes - Run by Araster the gnome. The place always smells sharply of chemicals and Araster has several burns on his hands. Armor: The Best Defense - Run by Ingorn the dwarf. He is always "busy" and tries to rush the sale of his goods. Drugs: In the back of Araster's shop, his brother Celeo handles the less savory "recipes" and "herbal remedies." Tavern: The Black Flagon - A rough and rowdy tavern who's owner, Yaros the half-orc, employs his own half-orc buddies/thugs to take care of any trouble in-house. Inn: Good Knight's Rest - Owned and operated by Ramus the human, an older man who has seen enough for ten men... and likes to tell his stories to people who stay late in the common room. Bath House: Bath and Beyond - Owned by Falairiel the half-elf. She has an employee for every possible fantasy, and discount rates for frequent visitors. Hope those help, dude. |

| RobbyPants04-27-07, 01:37 PM | Poisions - Aldrick's Apothecary. While most people consider this to be a standard drug store, the thieves know that they can buy poisons here under-the-counter, for a price. Slaves - Gragnosh's Labor Force. Run by a crude, brutish, half-orc, people can buy slaves here. He frequently buys prisoners, but it is rumored that he will capture weary travelers if they don't pay attention... Traps - The Tinkering Gnome. Svelverbish, the gnome, runs this shop, and will design and build about any gadget or contraption that someone can afford. Weapons - Sharp Eldrin's Armory. While spescializing in swords, he will make anything to order. He likes to carry an odd array of exotic weapons as show-pieces. Alchemy - Aldrick's Apothecary. He also runs the alchemy shop (as a legitimate front). Armor - Sturdy Pete's. Pete, the armorer crafts the best (as he boasts) armor in the city! Drugs - The Purple Pixie; because that's what everyone who leaves claims to see! Tavern - Hadrin's. Run by Hadrin, a stout, well-liked bartender known for running an honest establishment. He likes to keep out the wrong element; it's bad for business, you know. Inn - The Down Feather. A soft bed for a good price. Bath House - The Nymph's Glade. They might not look as good as nymphs, but nobody complains... |
| Return of the Flumph04-27-07, 01:55 PM | Kurlik's Bazaar An old half-orc with a mercenary past, Kurlik is one of the most succesful slavers in the nation. Every other weekend, he and his band hold an open air auction in which armor, weapons, and people are bartered off to the highest bidder. Kurlik's plunder comes from enemies of the state; the government allows him to practice his lawless business as long as its enemies are the victims of his raids. |
| queenfange05-10-07, 07:23 PM | Weapons Harrid's shop, unmarked by anything except a battered wooden sign featuring a crude picture of two crossed swords, is a no-nonsense establishment. Only common weapons (swords, crossbows, axes, and similar) are sold here, due in part to the owner's slightly racist views ("Why would any respectable human be looking for a longbow like them elves use?"). Nevertheless, all the items sold are of high quality, and for more demanding customers he keeps a few +1 and +2 magic weapons on hand, nearly always longswords, greatswords, or battleaxes. |
