Well, here's what I was thinking:
The campaign chapter. What should go in:

1. Talia Myr-A High-Incarnum campaign. Something about the size of the Bas-Lag articles in Dragon 352. I think that was the number... Make rilkans be a common race, make a Soul Genasi type of a thing, and maybe include two or three prestige classes, including an epic incarnum PrC. The Cosmic Incarnate... ooh, that sounds nice...
2. Soulshadow- An anti-incarnum campaign. Perhaps a few pages long, maybe 24 at longest. Include Voidshaper (Classes Thread), and a new set of necrocarnum creatures. Even make Necrocarnum a subtype of Undead. So, there would be the Necrocarnum Zombie, Skeleton and Mummy, we'd have the Azure Vampire, the Midnight Horror (think lich), as well as two incarnum hunter classes, and some other incarnum type deals. Maybe incarnum alternate class abilities, like Smite Incarnum for paladins. Make it somewhat gothic horror, but with a dash of Eberron's feel.
3. How to make Eberron more incarnum-y. Some soulmelds, a PrC or two, and some fluff. Perhaps a warforged soulcrafter levels, shifter totemist, changeling soulthief and kalashtar soul sage or kalashtar incarnate. Maybe four or five pages long...
4. Incarnum in the Realms. Give it a bit of a background, maybe say it's been in the Unapproachable East. I don't know. Something.
5. Doushikai- Oriental Incarnum. Make it much like the Oriental Adventures web enhancement. Include the Barbarian, Fighter, rogue, ranger, sorcerer, wu jen, samurai, ninja from CA, shugenja, incarnate, soulborn, totemist (instead of shaman), and perhaps a very oriental-themed incarnum class.

Maybe also "Incarnum in Spelljammer"... or something else...

Incarnum Guide - Incarnum in Eberron (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?p=12974970#post12974970)

My post in the Eberron board, Detailing Eberron specific Incarnum info.

Currently contains a brief explaination of how to add Incarnum into an existing Eberron campaign, and racial substitution levels for Eberron races in Incarnum classes.

Also working on how to incorperate Talia Myr, Doushikai and Soul Shadow into SpellJammer... because I love SPellJammer.

I thought about integrating Incarnum into Eberron a while ago (I haven't read anything beyond the Campaign Setting book, so some of this may contradict established details).

The first thing that came to me is that the warforged creation forge is a giant "incarnum engine" that draws ambient soulstuff to form warforged souls. House Cannith may or may not know this. Warforged can awaken their potential in a ritual that transforms them into azurin-like creatures, with visible streams of blue energy flowing beneath their plating (warforged with glowing blue eyes are cool :D ).

This brings up the old question "Do warforged have souls?". The warforged in the Mournland who oppose the Lord of Blades are lead by an incandescent champion who considers himself living proof that they do. Some warforged believe they do not have souls, and seek to take (or spite) the souls of others by becoming necrocarnates.

The second thing was a giant pillar, infused with incarnum, that stretches from the Dragon Above to the Dragon Below...

The third was this: Could a worshipper of the Silver Flame use its energy in place of incarnum?

Okay, Let's take a look at Talia Myr (Eberron is now it's own thread.).

Firstly: Races
I think it should go without saying that we have
Humans
Dwarves
Elves
Half-Elves
Half-Orcs
Halflings
Gnomes
Rilkans
Dusklings
Skarns
Azurins

But, perhaps we should also mix in a few others. So, I suggest
Maenads
Elans
Goliaths
Illumians
Spirit Folk

To all be included. Maenads and Elans for psionic players to feel into the world, goliaths for the sheer awesomeness, and illumians to bring in some variety, to make it less Tolkien-esque. The spirit folk are for the need I feel for a soul-related race, and I didn't want to steal the kalashtar or karsite.

Classes
Classes are another matter. We obviously have all the IG (Incarnum Guide) classes, MoI classes, PHB classes and XPH classes. I also vouch for
Binder
Artificer
Shaman (but not spirit shaman)

to all be included. Shaman to broaden casting a bit, artificer for magic items, and binder as a "I can use souls that you can't" guy.

Perhaps ToB, but someone else will need to spear head that.

Deities and Various Lesser Powers, ie Demigods

Gods should be realistic. Or at least belivable. A "I'm the god of incarnates" does not make as much sense as a "God of Fire and Souls". So, I'm going to make a few of the deities, and then let other people come up with others. However, with the exception of Racial and Alignment domains, no duplicate domains unless there is a good reason. I say we use the list at www.crystalkeep.com for the available domains, but allow all gods to grant Incarnum.

I'll make the first three. I want good back stories. keep in mind that we should make it so every character has a diety just one step out of alignment, if not spot on.

Tezpael- LN- Death, Fire, Law, Prophecy- God of FIre and SOuls
It is a common beleif that when one dies, Tezpael burns their souls, forging it into a petitioner. All of the good and neutral acts they did in life becomes incarnum, and all the evil acts becomes necrocarnum. Whatever they create allows Tezpael to send them where they are to go. His symbol is a hand in a red corona. His favored weapon is the longsword.
Nepoz- NE- Cold, Destruction, Evil, Storm- Nepoz is the patron of storms, as well as a martial deity of labor and pain. Many evil soulborns, fighters and barbarians revere him. His symbol is a blue hand holding a snowflake. He favors soulmelds and spells that deal in cold. His favored weapon is the battle axe.
Ushear- CG- Charm, Chaos, Feast, Good, Pleasure- Ushear is a deitiess of love, indulgence, whim. She is the sister of Nepoz, and has had daliances with every god and goddess she is not related to, except for Tezpael. It is said that if she and Tezpael had a child, the child would burn uncontrolably, and be an eternal font of incarnum. However, Tezpael does not wish that much power on the universe, and so Ushear has not had a child to him. Yet. She is mostly revered by soulthieves, bards, rogues and CN incarnates. Her favored weapon is the dagger, and her symbol is a heart in a blue hand.

So, that's what I think we should tackle first.
