Ok so I am going to try and add some to this every night as I have it all hand written down it is just a matter of typing it up. So enjoy what I am able to type up before the miss wakes and drags me away :shifty: Please keep in mind these is liking my setting in short hand, I am just trying to get the general idea down without going into to much detail.
In The Beginning

Our story as all tend to starts at the beginning, which in this case just so happens to be the beginning of life itself. You see your little holy text managed to not so coincidentally leave out a couple small details about eden. Eden happened to be an endless paradise in which countless species existed, and humanity just so happened to be charged with the care of.

Humanity of course could not be happy with their place of authority in Eden and so to stretch beyond the endless paradise and into the realm of godhood. A clever Sepsophis (a legless lizard commonly mistaken for the snake who has since the beginning of time pinned the universes biggest blunder on the snake...poor snake) fooled a pair of humans a young Adam and Eve into imbibing in the lords own personal gardens. This very act provided them access to many great knowledges as they gobbled down as much of the enchanted stuff as they could.

Adam and Eve made haste in their narrow escape from detection in the garden. Despite their escape from the arch-angel Lucifer whose place was duke of the lords gardens, they could not escape the all knowing of the lord...or the fact that they had colorful fruit stains all over their hands...but hey we'll give him omnipotence on this one any how.

With but the snap of a finger the lord shattered apart all Eden in an apocalyptic fury sending little globes of existence cascading across the void. As the now thousands of tiny solar systems swirled in a maelstrom of creation their inhabitants made desperate attempt to cling onto existence.

Over time As creation settled the races of the multi verse crept from their places of hiding to find that they now existed in their own contained realms (solar systems) separated by great distances from one another. Over the next couple hundred millennium each realm would come into its own unique presences amongst the void.

The way of the world

The realms (solar systems) are scattered across the void a great distance from one another each existing as its own separate reality. Within these realms for eons the many scattered races of the realm grew and died away leaving both small and monolithic cultural landmarks in their passing.

Late some time in humanities exploits into deep space they began to probe at the fringes of the 15 realms around them. The 16 realms (including Earths) were part of a densely packed cluster with the planets being around 5-10 light years away from Earth. Only a half a decade after humanity made first contact with the with the first "alien" species in a land called Alaria, the Lord brought about a terrible apocalypse.

Humanities time was up and the angels of death went out into the universe to collect the souls of humanity and cast them to their respective afterlives. Humanity as it always manges was well ahead of the game, a rise of the cult of the "Black Pope" also came a way to put the slip on the lords wrath. By embedding ritual gems within the human body, and performing the proper rights the living soul of a sentient being (a terrible torturous process) and binding it to the gem it acts a method to fool the angels of death into thinking the soul of the human is the trapped soul.

With the future of all humanity hanging perilously in the hands of fate, a new human empire was forged across the void. They quickly began rapid impressionistic movements into Alaria seeking to steal away the very souls of other beings to keep their children's from being swept away at birth.

Humanity had taken a great many years to reach Alaria in full force and it would take them many more to reach the other galaxies, with this knowledge the fae of Alaria knew that humanity would ravage their people to near extinction before leaving for the next galaxy. To alleviate themselves a bloody war the Seelie court gifted humanity with the powers of magic to aid them in their travels. They had made this agreance that humanity would leave be their court and travel onward while the Seelie court would subjugate their enemies the Un-Seelie court for slavery by the human empire. Beyond this point you will find a description of each of the 16 realms and the current state of their affairs.

Bah I am being dragged away from the computer now I will try and jump on laterz to add a bit more feel free to throw up any questions as I would like as much feed back (even this early) as I can get on this.

Regards, Seth
Please forgive the 16 empty posts I want each realm separated by a different post to keep things flowing simple.

Solat

Solat is a world in whose sun sits above a mammoth dragons spinal cord. Around the spinal cord orbits five massive earthen disks, in a layered manor. The top most layer is the largest of the disks always under the suns harsh rays, and provides the only night time the lower disks will ever see.

At one time the inhabitants of Solat fought bitter wars against one another each attempting to gain control of the disk worlds, while all fought back the advances of the Dragon lords. The inhabitants of Solat while technologically cut off from the other realms the entirety of the realm has put up a staunch defense against the empire.

These disks are as follows:

1.
Dragons and there cults exist within this blazing waste lands, in the past having survived on massive raids on the lower levels. The cultists have long since gone blind and insane from the constant burning light of the sun, and the longer they exist the more often their "gods" are willing to give gifts of their heritage to them.
The Dragons blood surges with power so grand they are able to conjure magical effects to rival the greatest of mages through birth right alone. Their followers have gone mad and blind from the suns burning rays, to alleviate the pain of their "children" the dragons feed them offerings of their blood. As time passes the blood infuses the cultists so much that a birth right must be performed in which they will either moult away their mortality and become as their masters, or become mutated half kin of dragons.
2.
This is the second largest disk, and is a highly fertile land whose peoples once took on the brunt of the dragon raids and now functions as a bastion against humanities armadas. Their society is a rigid process oriented one whose daily life consists of constant purposefulness of constant progression.

The people of these lands have developed a highly potent complex form of technology dubbed Tesla Tech. Through the use of complex and often illogically (in human terms) laid out conductors and coils they are able to generate massive amounts of energy to power their technologies.
3.
This layer consists of a highly mobilized barbaric mercenary cast . They cultivate and grow symbiotic creatures who fulfill every aspect of their society. Nearly everything from buildings to common tools are or were in some way biologically grown for their purpose. They often have lent their aid to the "uplanders" but are more often hired by those from the layer just below them. They have taken an active roll in the mobilization of the lower layers while the dragons, and uplanders have put their concerted efforts to fending off the humans.
4.
This layer is of a highly philosophical mindset with every aspect of their days a continuous exploration into the self. When not contemplating on the growth of self and society they are often found tinkering away in laboratories pushing the extraordinary and often supernatural seeming steam technology to its very limits. It is these philosophers who had originally cast the scavengers to the 5 layer, and it is for that reason that they often higher those from above to protect themselves.

5.
In the early ages those from layer 4 were barbaric warlords competing for the rights of their layer, but when the cast of philosophers brought to war their monstrous steam tech they quickly garnished control of the layer. For those who had been cast to the 5th layer whose craggy harsh landscape sees the least of the sun. It is in these lands that they toil away creating all manor of contraptions from the cast off tech of the upper worlds constantly scratching away an existence.

When humanity came however their furiousness and heartless expansions caused a union between the two layers which had waited nearly 8 centuries to be rekindled. The fifth layer with the support of food and various other resources from the fourth has become one of Solats.

Talos

Talos is a massive planet with eight huge moons orbiting it's mass. The main planet is swarmed with the undead carefully kept in control by the vampire lords who make certain to keep their slaves safe from ramped zombies. Long ago The Dukes of Talos set about a drastic and powerful curse which snuffed out the very sun of this world. To keep safe their anthropomorphic slaves, they have devised a number of magical methods to accommodate their needs.

Of the eight moons that orbit Talos seven are inhabited by the seven vampire dukes. The eighth and smallest moon Valagoth is a heavily defended "paradise" where every decade the vampire lords convene for council.

As humanity came unto their lands the vampires first had mounted a staunch defense against the intruders but have since entertained alliances with them, surely with their own insidious purposes in mind. The mortals of this realm who have managed to escape the wrath of their lords, and the reaching grasp of the human empire have retreated to the under dark.

In the under dark the hive lords (anthropomorphic insects) have mounted a furious and strong defense against the the dukes, with outside allegiances with Alaria sustaining a constant helping hand.

The oceans of Talos have been completely cut off from all travel giving a heavy advantage to the Anthropomorth's who move through underground tunnels from continent to continent. The dukes must make tedious trips to and from their lunar fortresses waiting until their lunar fortress to take orbit over their destination. Vampires however have nothing but themselves to blame for the loss of the seas as when the sun went out the lords of the deep rose to reclaim their rightful place as rulers of the oceans. Their power is to not be compromised, and each side of the war has futilely beckoned their rulers for diplomatic negotiations.

Methos

The realm is a blazing waste whose sun has blasted the inner planets with waves of relentless radiation. The first two planets of the system have been consumed by the bulbous unstable sun with their mass being scattered out to the farthest reaches of the system caught in the orbit of a jovian.

When all this celestial carnage began the umber a society of pale skin, slender, long eared people. Nearly all their people have have escaped the harsh sun of this world to the moons of the jovian on the outskirts of the realm.

Those Umber which remained became so enriched with the pure radiation that their dna began to split and mutate and a dangerous rate. Over a few decades he Umber in the inner galaxy had become a new species in and of themselves called the Magmin.

The Umber society uses space fold, and crystal tech as its primary technologies. The Umber trade space fold crystal light conductors to trap sun rays into folded space pockets, to trade with the Umber in the outer rings. The reason for the trade is that the Magmin are not able to grow food stuffs in their direct environment, while those in the outer ring have been blocked off by the sun with from the extensive debris around their planets. With these space folded solar cells the Umber can produce light for both convenience and and food production (which is used to trade for the cells in the first place).

Humanities first encounter with the inhabitants of Methos was not a pleasant one, nearly a full three fourths of the human armada was decimated with thousands of humans captured and enslaved. An unsteady peace has lasted between the humans and Umber (with the agreement of human slaves to be returned) which has lasted through constant minor skirmishes with one another.

The Magmin, and Umber with the aid of other native species in Methos have begun a massive steady aggressive expansion into the void. The species that have been recruited into their wars are the avian species the Oseka, and the deep space inhabiting Pnume. The largest conflict which they have initiated in their expansion is into the Talos system where their space folding sun light boxes prove devastating to the vampires.
