ill give it a shot :D

Eyes of Vengeance: 1/day against a foe who has previously wounded you ((see hit point loss)) you can attempt as a free action to meet your oponents gaze, letting him know his end is near. The opponent must make a will save or be become freightened.
DC = 10+ 1/2 class level+charisma modifier. Note: 5 or more ranks in Intimidate adds +2 to the DC

Pretty good; what class(es) would have it

Name Pending; most likely a death-type class.

If a person who is close to (party member, close friend, or love interest) this person would be dropped to -10 HP or below, killed by Constitution being dropped to 0, or any other means, They must make a % check DC being below the activator's Cha score. If it fails, nothing happens. If it succeeds, roll 1d4:

1 - Turn the body into a fully conscious, random variety of undead. Their alignment and mental stats do not change; STR and DEX, become that of a typical creature of that type, and CON becomes --. All class levels and abilities remain. All memory of the person's past life remains.

2 - Cast True Ressurection on the body, but it becomes a negative energy being--inflict heals, cure harms, etc.

3 - Body disintegrates, only able to be restored by a miracle spell. The player activiating <ability name> acts as though in a tireless barbarian rage for 1d6 hours, gains an additional +4 to STR, DEX, and CON, and kills any living thing in sight, starting with whatever killed the victim.

4 - The soul of the victim becomes trapped inside the body of the activator. This grants them full consciousness and the ability to communicate telepathically with the host body. It may also be given control of the body at the host's will, and regained at any time. If the host body is unconscious for any reason aside from dropping between -1 and -9 HP, the victim is given control and full consciousness over the body until the host would normally awaken.

Not sure about useful, but it can be pretty fun if you roll it.

(One of The Bricoleur's class features. If you like it, please check out the PrC, plx! Thanks!)

Ductile Adhesive:(Su)
This the elongated name for what most Bricoleurs call “Duct Tape.” Originally created by a couple drunk wizards and rogues at a party. A Bricoleur at the party swiftly realized its multitude of uses and took it for himself, asking the wizards to make more. The wizards did better than that,, helping the Bricoleur create a way to make it out of scrap materials and spell residue, marveling at the Bricoleur’s obsession with this… useless Adhesive. Well, the Bricoleur can create a ‘roll” of this “Duct Tape” at this level, coming across the secrets of it. He can create one roll a week of 100 ft. of “Duct Tape”, in a process that takes 4 hours, which cannot be reduced by any form of Random Usefulness. You need not roll a craft check to create it , the Bricoleuer knows by heart how to make it. This “Duct Tape” can be used for many purposes, which the creative Bricoluer swiftly analyzes and discovers multiple ways to use it at this level, finding more and more as he progresses through this prestige class. The creation and personification of a new roll of duct tape neutralizes the previous one, changing it into an inert lump of garbage.

Tangle: It’s simply tossing a length of Duct Tape at a foe. If you succeed on an touch attack roll with the “Duct Tape”, the person is treated as if they had been hit successfully with a tanglefoot bag. (5 ft of Duct Tape required)

Wrap: So it doesn’t quite succeed at replacing a bandage, but it does its best. The user may take ten on a heal check, wrapping the wounded area in “Duct Tape”, which helps to stop the bleeding. (10 ft of Duct Tape required)

Tape: The obvious use. For all intents and purposes, treat the stickiness of the Duct Tape as would be Sovereign Glue., except that it can be torn off with a 15+(Bricoleur Class Level) strength check. (10 ft of Duct Tape required)
