Tempest Stormwind 01-04-07, 11:53 AM	Yes. Just like every other spellcasting class. Let's say you're a wizard/sorcerer/magus (no idea why, but still). You get bonus Wizard spell slots based on your Intelligence and bonus Sorcerer spell slots based on Charisma. If you did the more likely thing and went wizard/beguiler, since both are based on Intelligence, your sky-high Intelligence score handles your DCs and spells per day for both classes.
