Greetings, all. In the Swashbuckling Adventures book (a fantastic book, IMO), the Pirate class gets ampidexterity at 2nd level and two-weapon fighting at 3rd. Since i'm doing a (kitbanged) 3.5e game, would it be balanced to replace the 2nd level ampidexterity with a bonus feat?

Could A) Just remove the feat, the pirate class is good even without it. B) make two-weapon fighting take over Ambidexterity and give TWD instead of tWF.

3.5 was just another way for WOTC to rip off its customers. No game, and I mean NO GAME should have four or five editions that force their customers to buy almost exactly the same material over and over again.

Harlequin, do you have Swashbuckling Adventures too?
I do like the suggestion of two-weapon defense. It's just +1 to melee defense when using 2 weapons, right?

Of Flame and Ash, thank you for your comment, but it isn't exactly helpful.
