3rd Cleric - 3rd wizard goes Mystic Theurge? [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-21-04, 04:19 PM As he advances in levels will he continue to get Cleric Domain spells?

People in gaming group say yes - because the rules says Gains spells as if he had gained spells in class he belinged to before.

But others say no because - It's kind of a cleric ability

What do you all think, thanks.

04-21-04, 04:57 PM The cleric already has the domains, so he gets the benefit of having it when his caster level goes up, regardless of which class or prestige class makes his divine caster level rise.

What the Mystic Theurge DOESN"T get is levels for purposes of TURN UNDEAD, since those are based on cleric level, and not divine caster level.
