Shaman: d8

Charisma is a very important to shamans because it boots their spirit abilities, wisdom is required for them to cast their spells they must have a wisdom score of 10 + spell level to cat spell and all spell DC are (10 + 1/2 shaman level {rounded up} + wisdom modifier + spell level)

Shaman sect: at first level all shamans must chose a sect. the different sects are really only elements. The different sects are fire, water, ice, electric, wind, earth, acid (plant), dark (evil), light (holy). In addition to the sect every shaman has spirit as their secondary sect

Spirit attack: the attack is a "beam" in the case of electric, acid, light, and dark. It is a "cone" in the case of fire, water, cold, earth, and wind. the range of the beam is 10ft per shaman level and the cone is 20ft by ten ft by 10ft per two shaman levels (starting with 1 then 3 then 5...ect.) people caught in the cone are allowed a reflex save DC class level + Charisma modifier. The ray is a ranged touch attack. Level 1 deals 1d8 damage; level 2 deals 2d10 damage, level three deals 3d12 and level 4 deals 4d20

Spirit weapon: by channeling the power of the spirits and there elements shamans gain bonuses to attack and damage. Spirit weapon level 1 gives a shaman a +1 attack bonus and a +1 elemental damage bonus. Spirit weapon level 2 gives you a +2 attack and a +2 elemental damage. Spirit weapon level 3 gives a shaman a =4 to attack and a +4 to elemental damage. Spirit weapon level 4 gives the shaman + 6 to attack and +12 elemental damage.

summon spirit: this acts as a summon monster spell of the same level except it summons a medium incorporeal elemental of the shaman sect. you can do this 1/day at third level and 5/day at12th level.
Spirit guard: the shaman gains a +2 insight bonus to AC and gains alertness as a bonus feat
Commune with spirits: same as spell of equivalent level (note only one question my be asked) a shaman can use this ability 1/week at 7th level and 3/week at 17th level

Spirit shield: the shaman gains DR 15/magic and retains her dexterity bonus to ac at all times (i.e. even when flatfooted)

Banishment of flesh: upon attaining 10th level a shaman sheds her mortal body and becomes incorporeal. However she can still use all her material items. She stops aging however she still dies at her normal life expiration. She becomes immune to disease, poison, petrifaction, critical hits, death from massive damage, sneak attacks, also she gains a +10 circumstance bonus to intimidate checks. She can pass through solid objects as an incorporeal creature and she can move between the ethereal plane and the material plane once every three hours. Finally the shaman gains the ability to fly at her normal speed with perfect maneuverability.

Shadow walk: as the spell except a shaman can move a distance equal to 10ft times her class level per day this number doubles at 18th level

Soul defense: SR 10+ class level and can't be flanked

Channel spirit: upon attaining 19th level a shaman gains 20 spirit points that she can use on anything she wants. weather it be a reflex save, and attack role, a balance check, however before using any points she must state that she is doing so and how many she is using. A shaman can't use any of these points if she is unaware that she is making the check.

Blasphemy of death: upon attaining 20th level a shaman becomes so in tune with the spirits of her element she becomes one. She loses her constitution score obtains a basic undead template. However she doesn’t lose a level, she can't be turned or rebuked, and her natural touch attacks are treated as magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. Also the "body" of the shaman is coated in her element this boots her damage reduction by 5 her spell resistance by 5 and makes all her unarmed attacks deal 3d6 elemental damage.

Just a correction.
Your base save progression is wrong.A good save's bonus equals (1/2 lvl)+2 and a poor save equals 1/3 lvl

Shaman is also not a new class. It exists in Oriental Adventures and a few other (Green Ronin) publications, just FYI.

may want to look at renaming the class.

I think a lot of times people over look custom core classes just because of what the name of the class is called. "Oh look, another swashbuckler, seen 20+ of those already!"... rather people should be looking at such classes because there are different to what normal publish versions or even have nothing to do with them too.
