anyone who knows a dancing fighter class?
full BAB and focusing on dealing heavy damage while dancing?
a little like the Dervish, but base.
i think i saw one around here awhile back.

Ummm.... fighter or barbarian? Perhaps rogue?

Seriously, just because it doesn't have an ability called "dance" doesn't mean that it can't do it. Elven warriors are particularily likely to use dancelike moves in combat -- even though they're just an attack roll. Simply describe your attacks in terms of dance, and make appropriate skill choices.

You then use the prestige class to amplify this.

If more people realized this simple fact, it could save everyone a ton of effort.

For the record, if you're desperate, the SRD has a Whirling Frenzy (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/classFeatureVariants.htm#rageVariantWhir lingFrenzy) rage variant.

But if I had a dancing fighter, I would like her to gain an AC bonus for it...and I'd like her to use the reflex save rather than the fortitude save (if only out of theme).

In the new Dragon Compenduim vol. 1 there is a core class called Battle Dancer that are sorta of a mix between a Monk and a Fighter. I don't know if your GM will allow it but it is worth a look.

Generic Warrior class from UA. Give it a good Reflex save and the Whirling Frenzy variant rage as a first level class feature. Problem solved.

Then multiclass rogue and fighter, take the Combat Expertise feat and let the Dervish handle the rest (when you qualify; note that Combat Expertise is a prerequisite!). It's okay for abilities to come in a prestige class instead of a base class.

Seriously, step back a moment and look at it: Do you want a dancing fighter, or do you want a character that gains AC bonuses in combat and has a good reflex save? The former is simple roleplay, the latter is good choices. You do not need a new class for this.

Then i need a great dervish build.
thinking about a whip dagger. Or maybe 2.
but then lasher would maybe be better.

I actualy have a characterthat is rouge 2/ fighter 4/ lasher 6/dervish 1. It works great and is really fun to play.

Crack of doom is at 6th level right?
so from there, there are no reason to keep on leveling in it?

No I wouldn't say that. At 7th level Stunning Snap is useful, at 8th they get Crack of Doom
at 9th they get anoother sneak attack dice of damage w/ whips and at 10th they get Death Spiral which is a great way to take down large groups of people. So I plan to finish lasher before taking more levels in dervish. But you don't need rouge(I took them primary because it fitted the character background). So you can have more levels to play with.
