HP BAB F/R/W Special 1st +1d8 +0 +2/+0/+2 One with the hammer +1 level existing divine spell casting class 2nd +1d8 +1 +3/+0/+3 Secrets of the Forge +1 level existing divine spell casting class 3rd +1d8 +2 +3/+1/+3 Flesh of My Flesh +1 +1 level existing divine spell casting class 4th +1d8 +3 +4/+1/+4 Forged in Fire +1 level existing divine spell casting class 5th +1d8 +3 +4/+1/+4 Flesh of My Flesh +2 +1 level existing divine spell casting class One with the Hammer: Add Wis bonus to damage rolls with a warhammer that you have crafted yourself. Gain a sacred bonus to all Craft (weaponsmithing) and (armorsmithing) checks equal to your class level. Secrets of the Forge: Gain Craft Magic Arms + Armor as a bonus feat. Flesh of My Flesh: Gain a sacred bonus to AC when wearing any heavy armor that you have crafted yourself. Forged in Fire: Become immune to the effects of exhaustion and fatigue for a number of hours equal to your character level. You may also sleep in Heavy Armor without becoming fatigued the next day. Basically it seems that everyone takes the first level of Battlesmith and that's it. So, I decided to add a spellcasting progression to make it more appealling. Things that have changed are: 1d10 > 1d8 hit die Full BAB progression > 3/4 BAB progression Spellcasting progression Good Will saves No longer x3 times battlesmith level to caster checks when creating weapons and armor. No Tempered in Blood ability The levels when special abilties are gained. Prereq's (Divine spellcasting and both Craft skills) Gaining a sacred bonus on Craft checks. I think that's everything, but if I missed something or typed it in wrong please tell me so I can change it. Please be honest too! I really want to know if this is a balanced PrC. Thanks to everyone in advance for the help! PS- thanks to wolfie-kun for letting me know how to make these tables! |
