06-22-07, 06:53 AM No, because the Half-Vampire template does not change a creature's type, and cannot be added to a creature that is already undead. The Evolved Undead template can only be applied to undead. Tomb-Tainted Soul specifically states that it does not provide any undead traits, aside from the positive-negative reversal.
