I'm planning to play a dwarven druid, we roll 4d6 drop 1 for stats and I have: 12, 15, 14, 12, 7, 18. I thought of this stats (already applied the +2 cons and -2 cha):
str 12
dex 15
con 16
int 12
wis 18
cha 5
But then the problem arises, that cha 5 will affect my handle animal seriously, and any stat below 6-7 is a great problem for any character. The situation is that i cant think of other option, here are my thoughts about changing that 7:

-str: i know that in medium and high level it wont be a problem with wildshape but that pretty tough to outcome in low levels, this is the only real option i have though.

- dex: leather armor and dex 7? i dont think so.

- con: no character can really afford a 7 in con, too important.

-int: would limit my skills awfully

-wis: you know

So, here I seek your advice in this time of confusion, should i change that cha 5 or that stat, as i think, shoul suffer suffer for the greater good?

I would use this layout:

Str 12
Dex 15
Con 9 (7 +2 racial bonus)
Int 16
Wis 18
Cha 10 (12 -2 racial bonus).

or even

Str 12
Dex 12
Con 9 (7 +2 racial bonus)
Int 16
Wis 18
Cha 13 (15 -2 racial bonus).

At level 4 you can increase your Con to 10 to get rid of the malus and get the lost HPs back.

With Int 16 you get 2 extra skill points each level, droping dex from 15 to 12 costs you 1AC and a slightly worse (-1) reflex save (compared to your stats).

Both arrays are designed for wildshape later. The 2nd one to get the maximum out of wildshape.

Both are pretty good , specially the second one with wildshape. Int would be 14 though.

THX for your help, but i want to see some other options from other players to make the best out of those stats, thanks in advance.

Put that 7 to strenght..

Lvl 1-2: Use produce flame/use a sling and fight with your animal companion.
Lvl 3-4: Flame blade and animal comp.
Lvl 5-->: Wild shape and animal comp.

Str: 7
Dex: 15
Con: 16 (14+2)
Int: 12
Wis: 18
Cha: 10 (12-2)

Of course you could make the dex. worse since it changes with the wild shape but it's nice to have some AC and good iniatitive in the beginning.

No matter what your class, always have a good const.
A difference of 3 hit points might not seem so significant at lvl1 but a difference of 30 at lvl 10 do.

Int 12 is alright, since there's actually only a couple of key skills.

Since the druid's animals learns some tricks without checks and speak with animals helps alot, you can afford a charisma of 10.

i like pixieboy's stat arrangement as well.

you'll make it through the first 5 levels if you fight with ranged weapons and your animal companion (just stay in the back; think of yourself as a wiz/sorc for melee until you can wild shape).

the only place the low str will really hurt is if you can't wildshape for melee combat (obviously), and your encumberance.

I rolled a really low score for my druid. I put that into dex. I figured that when I wildshape that dex score wouldn't matter much. It hasn't affected me much in the game. And I haven't noticed getting hit more often than the other players.

I would put the scores this way:

STR:12
DEX:7
CON:14 (12+2)
INT:14
WIS:18
CHA:13 (15-2)

Have fun.

also your a dwarf and armor weight doesn't affect your speed (assuming 3.5). You should be wearing hide instead of leather.

I'd do it this way. Strength and Dexterity will be replaced anyway as soon as you wildshape. Intelligence is good for the skillpoints.Use spells and ranged attacks until you get wildshape and then you will quite able to stand your ground in melee, too.

Str: 7
Dex: 12
Con: 16 (14+2)
Int: 15
Wis: 18
Cha: 10 (12-2)
