Can Smite damage crit?

Do you keep your extraordinary abilities (let's say you're a Barbarian/Druid) while Wild Shape?

Insightful Strike (Swashbuckler, Warblade)... Can it crit?

Master Transmogrifier - my DM claimed that if you keep changing shape, your life keeps going up because of your new con modifier. Is this true?

GRAPPLES. How the crap do grapples work? I read the PHB, but my first DM (who sucked horribly ;x) seemed to disagree with it a lot. I'll seperate this question into more than one.
-Do you have to roll opposed grapples every round? (Yours and theirs)
-Do you have to roll opposed grapples to take certain actions? No actions? Or any action whatsoever?
-Imp Grab. So when the thing hits, it rolls opposed grapple, then, if it wins, it deals constrict damage, and from then on, when they win opposed grapples, they do natural damage + constrict damage...?

Hrm, I'm sure there are more.

If you disarm someone, where does their weapon land? In their square?

Am I reading Weapon Mastery right? (PhB2) Seems totally overpowered. :P

Is the extra damage from Arcane Strike and/or Jade Pheonix Mage thing (+d10s) considered magic damage?

How does repreparing spells work? If you're a cleric or wizard, and you've prepared spells, and want to get different ones, can you without sleeping?

Ohhh one more - Do spells get the -4 for attacking into a melee? So is it worth getting Precise Shot as a caster?

Ok, let's see what I can do to help you.

First, this should have gone into the general D&D thread.

Second, clerics and wizards, if they already prepared their spells, are stuck with them for the rest of the day, but you can choose to leave empty slots in the morning and then, with some time rest and an extra little time to prepare them you can spend those slots to get those more specialized spells you need(I think).

Grapple, this is how it goes:

guy 1 wants to grapple. Rolls, adds BAB and STR modifier. The guy who is being grappled also rolls and adds the same thing.

If the grappler wins then the other guy is grappled.

While the other guy is grappled he can't do a freaking thing that recquires movement besides trying to free himself up, so yes, you roll new checks every turn. If the grappled guy wins he is freed and (I think) can still use a move action to run away.

The grappler can then use his natural weapons to attack the grappled guy if he fails to free himself up.

Constrict is an extra special. Only monsters that actually say it in the description do it.

The grappler can also choose to pin the grappled guy, and then both of them don't do a thing.

Hope that helpe. Im too sleepy to answer the rest.

I'm pretty sure you can also attack with a light weapon in a grapple - but do you HAVE to try and get out on your turn? I'd rather full round attack, and just kill the thing (most things are way too big to fight), and constrict damage sucks.

Smite and Insightful Strike, because they are straight numerical values, are multiplied in a critical hit just like power attack. As a rule of thumb, any numerical value is multiplied, but any extra damage dice (like Sneak Attack or the Flaming special property) are not multiplied.

As far as the shapeshifting questions are concerned, I'm not particularly sure.

I would imagine, yes, the weapon of a disarmed opponent lands in either their, or one of the adjacent, squares.

And about Weapon Mastery, how are you reading it? Its not overpowered at all, really.

Also, about grappling. A melee touch attack is necessary to start a grapple as well, by the one who wants to do the grappling. And yes, you can attack with a light weapon in a grapple, which is why natural weapons also work in a grapple. They are always considered light weapons.
