A few questions about a Druid/Spirit Shaman [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-17-04, 04:10 AM I was just wondering since a Druid and a spirit shaman get there spells from the same list do the levels stack for caster level?For example if you had a character with 5 levels in druid and 2 in spirit shaman would the levels stack so that he could cast 4th level spells? Another question since a Spirit shaman casts his spells like a bard and a sorceror does would that mean a multiclass druid /spirit shaman could do the same if the levels stacked for caster level?

11-17-04, 07:09 AM No, for multiclassed spellcasters, you always progress their spells (and caster level) separately for each spellcasting class, unless explictly noted.

11-17-04, 10:38 AM Right. For example, if you are a wizard5/sorcerer2, you don't have a caster level of 7 and you can't cast your wizard spells spontaneously.
