I was just wondering since a Druid and a spirit shaman get there spells from the same list do the levels stack for caster level? For example if you had a character with 5 levels in druid and 2 in spirit shaman would the levels stack so that he could cast 4th level spells? Another question since a Spirit shaman casts his spells like a bard and a sorceror does would that mean a multiclass druid /spirit shaman could do the same if the levels stacked for caster level?

No, for multiclassed spellcasters, you always progress their spells (and caster level) separately for each spellcasting class, unless explictly noted.

Right. For example, if you are a wizard5/sorcerer2, you don't have a caster level of 7 and you can't cast your wizard spells spontaneously.
