I haven't developed much of a back story or reasoning yet, but since I play primarily FR, I themed it as such. I was considering calling it 'Misery' or 'Misery's Champion' but am wide open to suggestions. Hit Die: d10 Requisites: Feat: Extra Curse Base Attack Bonus: +5 Skills: Bluff 8 ranks, Professon (gambling) +8 Special: Must have hexblade's curse 1/day or higher Special: Must have the dark companion alternate class feature of the hexblade. Class skills: Apprise, Bluff, Concentration, Craft, Diplomacy, Escape Artist, Hide, Intimidate, Knowledge (arcana), Move Silently, Profession, Spellcraft Skill points per level: 2+ Int mod. Table: Misery Level BaB Fort Ref Will Special 1 +1 +2 +0 +2 Tymora's Gift +1 level of spontaneous caster 2 +2 +3 +0 +3 Vengeful Shadows 3 +3 +3 +1 +3 Beshaba's Kiss +1 level of spontaneous caster 4 +4 +4 +1 +4 Hexblade's Curse +1/day 5 +5 +4 +1 +4 Thrice Cursed +1 level of spontaneous caster Class Features: Tymora's Gift (Su): Once per day, as an immediate action a misery may opt to re-roll any die roll that she has made. This may be an attack roll, a damage roll, a skill check, ect. At 3rd level, the misery may use this ability twice per day. Vengeful Shadows (Su): The misery's shadow companion now fatigues those who strike it in combat. This effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to the misery's charisma modifier. Beshaba's Kiss (Su): Once per day, as an immediate action a misery may force any rolls taken against her to be re-rolled, the worst of the two rolls being used. This may be an attack roll against her, a roll for damage from a magic spell, ect. At 4rd level, the misery may use this ability twice per day. Hexblade's Curse (Su) A misery gains an additional use of their hexblade's curse ability. Levels gained in the misery stack with those of the hexblade to determine the save DC. Thrice Cursed (Su): Once per day, as an immediate action a misery may attempt to use a very special curse that severely hinders her enemies. The target must be visible to the misery and within 60 feet. The very next action that the target of this unfortunate ability tries to take that requires a dice roll must re-roll the results three seperate times and keep the lowest result of the three dice rolled. If any die rolls would mean failure on an action, consider the action to have failed. A successful Will save (DC10 + 1/2 misery's level + misery's Cha modifer) negates the effect. Any hexblade levels stack with misery levels to determine the save DC. p.s. I can't get the reflex column to align properly, so i left it like that. |
