Like the title says, I'm a Rogue10/Fighter2/NightsongEnforcer3 (just got that last NSE level) and I'm a little worried about my Atk falling behind. Right now I have a BAB of 12 + 7 from Dex giving me a total of 19 (the +2 from my weapons is negated by the -2 from TWF).

My current feat set is:
Improved Initiative
Weapon Finesse
Two-weapon Fighting
Staggering Strike
Improved TWF
Improved Toughness
Improved Buckler Defense

Basically, it is time for me to choose my next feat and I'm totally at a loss. I'm allowed to choose from PHBII, Complete Adventurer, Complete Warrior, and maybe Complete Scoundrel (if I buy it). If anyone has some advice for my next feat and some ideas for getting my Atk up, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,
Paco

If worried about attack bonus there's alway Weapon Focus.

Also, you could focus on flanking more. Taking the flanking feats from PHBII (adaptable flanker and the other one).

Other ways to up that attack bonus: your dex is too low for that level. Usually the primary stat of characters is around 28 at level 15, sometimes 30. And that's with no racial bonus. Get your arcane caster to cast Grt Magic Weapon on your swords every morning, and get a pearl of power for him (9000 gp for a level 3) so he doesn't waste a spell slot. get your party buffer in gear and start buffing the party (assuming one: there are a bunch of good cleric spells (so cleric, favored soul, archivist, etc) and bards are great too). And getting the enemy flat-footed, or other wise debuffing. Thousands of ways to do that too.

Another great feat, especially if you took Crippling Strike as your rogue ability is Savvy Rogue from CSc.

Thanks for the reply. Vexing flanker looks promising and I had been looking at Savvy Rogue. The Greater Magic Weapon/Pearl of Power idea is great and something I hadn't considered. I am getting some good buffs from our cleric and bard.

I do wonder how would I get my Dex that high. I have put every point I've gained into Dex bringing it up to 20 and have Gloves of Dex +4 to bring it up to 24. I know I can increase my gloves to +6 but what else can I do?

...Why don't you have gloves +6 by now? If my characters are very single stat, I have a +6 item as early as level 9. Even with a good amount of MAD I'll have +6 at 15. Also, you started with low dex. Well, not 18 dex. And you could possibly have bought a +2 tome by now. But since you probably didn't start there, you haven't. I know my human cleric had wisdom 28 at level 16, started with an 18. But really, do what you can. Soon, your wealth should shoot up. At that time, save up for a +5 tome. It will be useful. Also, keep putting the stat in dex.

Thanks. I'm still pretty new at this. I had never played until this character and I took it over from somebody else. Luckily the DM let me change some things. Anyway, thanks for the advice. The way we earn gold, I won't be able to afford a +5 manual for a long time but I should be able to upgrade my gloves.

Ask your DM if the tomes stack. RAW they don't, but sometimes a DM will be lenient, and you can buy the bonus a little bit at a time.

Why did you go all the way to Rogue 10 before entering NSE? You can qualify for the PrC with a straight Rogue 7 and thus avoid the BAB lose for Rogue 9 if the attack value is your problem.

But rogue special abilities....in conjunction with Savvy Rogue....

Well, besides the fact that I was a total noob at the time (never even seen a session), the character was already a Rogue9 when I took him over. Anyway, sorry to bring this back up. Thanks for the advice.
