level dependant:
1st level: Bonus Feat (from fighter list)
2nd level and every level thereafter plus one level of exisiting spellcasting class.
Skill points at each level: 2 + Int mod.

Prereqs:
Must be proficient with all matrial weapons.
Able to cast 3rd level arcane spells.
