Here is a Wizards spellcasting system based on the Truename system.
This table is there spells know. They can cast any spell know at anytime. These are for Standard action spells or lower. A wizard gets a 1 round casting time spell (or higher) for every spell level that he can try to cast.
They must make a Spellcraft check to cast the spell. The Spellcraft DC is DC15 + (Spell Level x 3)+the spell level mod.
Spells have a level mod that is added to the DC to cast based on there level

Metamagic
Metamagic will work like this. You can metamagic spells all you want but the DC increases by 2 for every level higher of a spell slot it would take up (like +4 for a spell that has been metamagiced and normally takes of a Spell slot 2 levels higher).

Well... it looks like all you have done is added spellcraft DC's to the normal spellcasting system- but they also have slightly higher save DC's. No, I think if you want to incorporate truename magic into spellcasting, you will need to allow a caster to learn and develop Utterances of equivalent power (compare to the Truenamer utterance tables to determine this.) in place of a spell as they level.

It is not really Truename magic just based off it. It seems to fit the Wizard theme more then the Normal spellcasting system.

I am woundering if the Spells known table is balanced. The DCs I made sure are Balanced.

Seems like a good system for a low-magic campaign.

Outside of that, I'm not quite sure.

I am trying to make a new-lower power system and if it seems like that then good :) I also have a backup table that gives up to 28 Spells known if that one above seems to underpowered. I am trying to give Wizards the same level of power but giving them a chance to fail when casting. Which one would make it balanced? the 20 SK one, the 28 SK one, or the Table of spells per level.

I fixed the DC Bonuses so spells are easier to cast.
