Well by the rules, yes you could gain them. They are not magical. You forsake magic, not psionics.
If you have a Psionics class you can benefit from a Psicrystal. Remember you must have a manifestor of at least 1 to gain one.

technically, yes.

in practice, I would veeeeeeeery hardly find a DM allowing it.

Only if you use the Psionics are different rules. Otherwise the two are the same as far as a Forsaker would care.

Correct. Supernatural quasi-magic should be just as unpalatable, otherwise the Forsaker just becomes a twinkie class for multi-classing with Psychic Warrior for Nat Con to AC and some free Inherent bonuses.

I would NEVER allow it...and I'd have them trust psionics even less the magic. After all, psions can be...anyone...at least wizards and priests look the part!

we rule that Psionics are the same as Magic (now its Arcane/Divine/Psionic magics), so no, they wouldnt.

Preist can wear armor so they look less the part.
Only Wizards and maybe Druids are noticable as class.

The priest has got that holy symbol shining out right on his chest, where everyone can see it. How better to pimp your religion than by wearing its gear? So yeah, the priest is just as easy to identify.

Um that is optional. There is no rule stating you must have that symbol on your chest. Rplhouse rules aside, no he is not noticable compared to others.
