A query on a possible ranger variation [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-01-05, 10:31 PM Does anyone think it overpowered or not for a ranger to gain the scout's skirmish ability instead of favored enemies? My problem really revolves on the ranger's full BAB potentially making it too powerful or relatively balanced.

I figured on this change because the scout is a little too ranger-like to me to justify a separate class.

I just want some opinions on the matter before I make a final decision on the matter.

I know it's not the Warcraft RPG Scout.
