For sneak attack does it apply to every attack you make against the creature while it's denied dex? Like if I TWF do both attacks get sneak damage?

And does skirmish count as sneak attack damage? (for the purpose of deadly precision...weapon gets +2d6 when sneak attacks, CAdv)

Yes, it does apply to every attack you make, provided the opponent is still in the position to be sneak attacked.

And no, skirmish doesn't count as sneak attack dice, not for the Deadly Precision ability. It's pretty clearly worded as "SA only".

Agreed.

Agreed again. Only if the ability stated "+2d6 when dealing precision damage", which both Sneak Attack and Skirmish are, would it work with Skirmish. Since it states that it works only with Sneak Attack, it only works with Sneak Attack.

Now, AFAIK, this means that it would also work with Sudden Strike [but not Skirmish], since Sudden Strike explicitly states that it is considered to be equivalent to Sneak Attack, and Skirmish doesn't. Is my impression correct on this issue? I am AFB ATM.

There's a sidebar in the CAdv that says it counts as sneak attack when qualifying for feats, prestige classes, and other stuff that requires a minimum number of dice of sneak attack. It's vague as to what the other stuff entails, so I would go liberal here and say that Deadly Precision works with Sudden Strike.

Thanks Dracomorph. That's what I thought.

You're very welcome, and, BTW...

Yes, BUT: the general consenus is that if you get SA by Invisibility, then you only get SA on the 1st attack, as afterwards you are visible. This has been debated a bit, however. But definately for Flanking, for example.

How is this debateable? Once you attack while invisible, you are no longer invisible, it's pretty clear.

Anyway, yes, ANY attack that would qualify for SA will deal SA damage, even if it is every attack in a full attack.

.

The debate is (and it's not my debate) is that the "full attack sequence" all happens at once, thus you get the benefit of Invis throughout it.

I understand what you're saying, but it makes no sense. I just can't believe people actually debate this!

Untrue, the full attack , attacks happens after each other: otherwise, you'd attack a corpse if first attack killed them, but you had attacks left over.

So if just invisible: first attack has it, the rest don't.

ok here's my question though, if you feint does that deny the dex bonus for the entire attack afterwards, like with TWF.

I believe Feint says for your next attack. Not next attacks. So it would only be for one.

If your Bluff check result exceeds this special Sense Motive check result, your target is denied its Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) for the next melee attack you make against it. This attack must be made on or before your next turn.

Feint

Feinting is a standard action. To feint, make a Bluff check opposed by a Sense Motive check by your target. The target may add his base attack bonus to this Sense Motive check. If your Bluff check result exceeds your target’s Sense Motive check result, the next melee attack you make against the target does not allow him to use his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any). This attack must be made on or before your next turn.

When feinting in this way against a nonhumanoid you take a -4 penalty. Against a creature of animal Intelligence (1 or 2), you take a -8 penalty. Against a nonintelligent creature, it’s impossible.

Feinting in combat does not provoke attacks of opportunity.Next attack only.
