06-03-04, 07:41 PM Hi.Me KarmaBad.Me new.Me very interested in rouge,but me know not how to build.Me want it to be level 10,halfling.But me not know wether me want a rapier & a dagger with a buckler or a rapier with a mithril heavy shield (no check penalty)Me know me want combat expertise,y weapon finese,but me not have any idea how to go on.Please help the Karma!?

Then you can go and post your question on the Character Optimization boards, and they'll be able to help you find the best method of setting up your rogue.

And thank you for that POsitive feedback Blainetag (really makeup?) Karma thinks that versatility is good,but not yet decided.

06-05-04, 07:36 AM Character optimisation, if you check the list of Core Topic Forums, you should see it.

As for whip. It's an easy way to get Ranged Sneak attack potential and keep nearby in a fight. There's a few things you can do with it, like permenant animate rope which aids in trip attempts and the odd disarm. The DM may allow other uses, like swinging over chasms or whatever... use rope can help. Then other books used might have additional whips that can be used for additional functions. You also used ranged feats with it, which can be easier.

06-05-04, 03:15 PM Before me leave though,In PHB it say trhat whip does NO damage to anyone with armor of +1 or natural armor +3.Damage?subdual....
