Im building a warlock but im not very fond of the Imbue magic item and Deceive item abilities, what could make proper substitutes suiting the general warlock theme (Although putting more weight at the spellcasting aspect)

Perhaps you could take the feindish flame wreath ability from players handbook II.

Or just a feat. Or an extra Invocation. It is not a lot to give up, since some Warlocks do not use it.

Those abilities are very much like feats, and warlocks could certainly use more feats since they have social, combat, and spellcasting aspects to support. I'd ask your GM how many feats he'd be willing to give you to replace the special magic item related abilities.

If you are Chaotic Good, you could take the Vow of Poverty from Book of Exalted Deeds. The bonus to hit and damage VoP eventually gives can apply to Eldritch Blasts, and you get some other cool abilities besides.

But you have to be REALLY goody-goody, and if you want the maximum bonus exalted feats, you probably should be human. Also, you don't get to use Chasubles of Fell Power or Warlock Scepters and the like. And some invocations would not seem to fit (raising the dead, using Dark Speech to shatter things, etc.).

It would work best if you considered your powers as Fey-Generated, although you could be have a Demon heritage that you reject to follow the Path of Good.

OR you can say you got your abilities from a good aligned outsider....

But, but, that's not in the book! How could you ever conceive of such a tiny flavor tweak to allow for a viable character concept?!? WITCH!!! BURN THE WITCH!!!!!

The book does imply that Warlocks can get their abilities from other sources. The Complete mage states that less than half of them get their power from Infernal sources. Most are Fey oriented and a few may be Celestial oriented. The Warlock I'm playing now is Fey oriented, allowing Chaotic Good and Neutral Good alignments.

Dropping those two abilites for something else is an interesting idea. I wasn't too thrilled with them myself, but certainly trading them for equal level invocations shouldn't hurt.

I had a mafia style warlock, where the head of the organization was a nymph (where the char got his powers). Interestingly enough, he was the advisor of internal military (aka police) to the king of the country. :D
