Abilities to Hit/Damage/AC [Archive] - Wizards Community

I am looking for a reference for which classes/feats give you ability bonuses to AC/Attack/Damage

I have the following so far:

| AC | Attack | Damage
------+---------+----------------+-------------
Str | | All | All
Dex | All | Weapon Finesse | Champ of Corr.
Con | | |
Wis | Monk | Monk |
Int | Duelist | | Swashbuckler
Cha | | |

Can anyone help me fill in some more blanks in the table?

Last updated as of late November '05. I believe LordKiwi is on vacation at the moment, as he's kept that thing updated nigh-constantly since he posted it.
