I find the basing of a magic system on a skill to be fundamentally flawed in D&D 3.5. That's why I decided I wanted to remove it.

I am aware of the objection that this would give infinite healing power outside of combat. I do not consider this a true problem. This is not something I would like to discuss on this thread.
However, if you see any other problems with this revision, you are more than welcome to point them out. I would like to balance my version.

Truenamer

Hit Die: d4

Class Skills (4 + Int modifier per level, x4 at 1st level): Concentration, Craft, Decipher Script, Perform (oratory), Knowledge (all skills, taken individually), Profession, Speak Language, Spellcraft, Use Magic Device.

Base Attack Bonus: Truenamers have a low base attack bonus progression.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: Truenamers are not proficient with any armor. They are proficient with the club, dagger, heavy crossbow, light crossbow and quarterstaff.

Utterances/Truespeak: Truespeak is removed as a skill, due to its problematic nature. Utterances are spell-like abilities that can be used at will, but require a vocal component. Although a silence spell or similar effect that prohibits sound from being heard do not function - "the universe hears you just fine" -, gagging the truenamer prevents him from uttering. A truenamer is considered to have a caster level equal to his truenamer level. Any effects that previously depended on opposed Truespeak checks, such as the ability to dispel or counterspell another's utterances, now depend on opposed caster level checks. Utterances or Recitations can be recognised with a succesful spellcraft check.

Special factors
A truenamer may optionally make a Perform (Oratory) check while speaking an utterance. Success for this check increases the save DC for the utterance by 1, while failure reduces it by 1. The DC for this perform check is equal to 15 + double the utterance's level.
When you know a target's personal truename, the save DC for an utterance of yours increases by 2, and you gain a +2 bonus on caster level checks to overcome a creature's spell resistance with your utterances.

See the Named (Su): Beginning at 9th level, you have the ability to see a creature from afar whose personal truename you know. This ability works as the scrying spell, including the necessity of its focus component. The subject gets no save to resist the ability, but you can view it for only 1 round. You can use this ability once per day.

Sending (Su): Beginning at 13th level, you can speak to creatures whose personal truenames you know from a great distance. You can send a message to the subject as a message spell. You can use this ability thrice per day.

Speak unto the Masses (Su): From 17th level on, you may affect more creatures with a single utterance. A number of times per day equal to your intelligence modifier, you may affect an additional creature with an utterance. Applying this ability to an utterance is a free action; there is no limit to the number of times you may apply it to an utterance aside from the number of uses you have left.

Recitation Feats: Recitations are full-round actions that provoke attacks of opportunity. You must take a feat to learn them. They do not require any sort of check to be learned. The prerequisites for these feats have changed to the following:
Fortified State - must know a 3rd level utterance, must know personal truename
Meditative State - must know a 3rd level utterance, must know personal truename
Mindful State - must know a 2nd level utterance, must know personal truename
Sanguine State - must know a 3rd level utterance, must know personal truename
Vital State - must know a 2nd level utterance, must know personal truename
