Well, this is a way for me to open up into this forum

Awhile back my friends and i tried this out and it was kind of fun, heres how it works

You are going to devise a completely abominable core class using the 3.5 core books. Mix and match anything from any of the core classes and DMG prcs to create an abomination of a class. the class must have an overall theme, creative name, and be as original and balanced as possible. I have come up with a point system that i will Not reveal, and based on that point system i will pick 6 winners. Im not going to make you rewrite the what the class abilities do considering that they are described in the books however, if there are changes to the ability just include what those changes are.

if you have questions dont hesitate to ask

Prize: The 6 winners will get to play their abominations in a play by post game in the RD&D forum

Okay....
Monk-Barbarian (as opposing as I can think of)

Can anyone give me a good name?

Would involve using meditative trances to elevate to a state of battle frenzy.

Abominable, as in detestably evil? Or an abomination in the sense of taking things and putting them together in some sort of seemingly inappropriate way (a frankenclass)?

The first one might be like something in the BoVD. The second might be like the above monk/barbarian.

Merciless Purifier (Paladin/Rogue)
The Merciless are a group of men and weapon devoted to taking the war between good and evil to a whole new degree. Making excellent use of their Detect Evil ability, they are devoted to destroying evil in all its forms. Dropping the paladin moral codes altogether, they even resort to methods that some rogues would cringe at. For them, the ends always justifies the means.
