AC Penalty During Rage? [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-20-04, 01:14 PM When a PC rages, they take a -2 AC penalty. I can't find in the book if this only applies to normal AC, or applies to all AC types (i.e. touch and flat-footed).

Here is a Bar PC from my current campaign:
AC 21/19
Touch 14
Flat-footed 17
Dex +3
Breastplate +2 (magical) +7
Dodge +1
Rage (-2)

Would his rage also apply to Touch & Flat-footed?!

10-20-04, 01:16 PM Rage lowers your AC by 2. Period. It doesn't matter whether you're flat-footed or being touched or just plain being attacked, your AC is 2 lower.
