02-27-07, 04:28 PM But by wording of the feat I understand it like this: If a Swordsage takes a full-round action, he can change his readied manuvers. The only place I see about recovering expended manuvers is for a crusader.

You know Moment of Perfect Mind, Drain Vitality, and Flashing Sun. You have the first two readied, but Flashing Sun is not readied. You have used Moment of Perfect Mind (it is therefore expended).

If you decide to change Moment of Perfect Mind for Flashing Sun, the latter becomes readied and the former becomes unreadied. Note that the "expended" quality isn't preserved.

Now what happens if you decide to change Moment of Perfect Mind for Moment of Perfect Mind?

Adaptive Style : Swordsage :: Natural Spell : Druid. There may be a few out there without the feat, but the feat is so omnipresent it's essentially a hidden cost to reach full power.

Now, I posted this in another thread but maybe you can answer this for me:

If I take Martial Study to pick up an Iron Heart Manuver, do I qualify to learn new Iron Heart Manuvers at later levels in Swordsage (assuming I have enough Iron Heart manuvers to learn it)?

No. Martial Adept classes do not care what maneuvers you already know. The maneuvers you learn from them are always chosen from a set list of disceplines.

Well shoot, so much for grabbing Strike of Perfect Clarity and that one manuver that heals you :(

And I am not blowing 3 feats just to get a healing manuver, though it would be cool...

03-02-07, 02:00 AM You can still get Strike of Perfect Clarity by splashing one level of crusader (say, at 17th level) to get the required number of Devoted Spirit maneuvers, then grabbing Martial Study at 18th level when you take swordsage again.
