I am in an epic campaign, and I am playing a Human (Saint) Monk 12/Cleric 1/Apostle of Peace 10. I would like to start taking levels in Radiant Servant of Pelor, but I'm not quite sure how to advance the spells per day aspect of the Apostle of Peace. (It's one of those prestige classes that ends up casting one ninth level spell per day at level ten.) I don't want to resort to advancing my cleric CL. Please help.

If you apply the PrC levels to your Apostle of Peace levels, you won't be getting any more spells per day, unless you take the epic feat Improved Spell Capacity.

No, only Monk and Cleric count for XP penalties, and he is human so that is handled. PrC do not count.

And, like the Ur-priest the Apostle of Peace has got it's own spellcasting progression, and is not affected by the Cleric. (Which probably has been taken only to qualify for the PrC of Radiant Servant of Pelor, as it was not needed for Apostle of Peace.)

It is therefore fully an option to take Radiant Servant of Pelor PrC, but the +1 level to spellcasting class should be put on the Cleric and not Apostle of Peace, as Apostle of Peace have no progression after level 10. Your benefit will mainly be to get more low-level spells, apart from the Servant of Pelor special abilities.
