I need some advice, I have been planning on multicasting my Kobold character again for an upcoming campaign. I was originally planning on making him a Sorcerer next level so that he could become the All Watcher of his tribe however after reviewing the Miniature’s Handbook I have been thinking about making him into a Warchief for the tribal frenzy ability and ability boost in charisma. I’m thinking about just rotating between both classes but am still not sure if I should, and if so which one should I take first?

Seeing that you've already multiclassed alot, I would just go straight PrC for Warchief. Blowing levels on Sorceror for small time spellcasting, tanking your BAB and getting next to nothing hp for your trouble is just a waste.
