I want to make an aikido type monk, has anyone seen anything like this on here already? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Step 1; take levels in Monk.

Step 2; describe your fighting style as aikido-like

Step 3; there is no step 3, just describe your combat style that way. It's not like aikido doesn't strike the opponent or hurt them in all kinds of ways.

it actually doesnt strike it only takes the blow and changes it into a defensive technique using the raw force of the enemy.... it then hurts

I toyed with this idea myself for quite a while, and came to the conclusion that you don't need to modify any rules, just take the right combination of feats and fight as if you were using aikido. Things like:

Improved Grapple
Improved Trip
Improved Disarm
Combat Reflexes (to catch more enemies off guard for throws/trips)
Defensive Throw (I think that's the name of it, could be wrong)
Sidestep Charge (Possibly, might be psionic only)

Basically just keep your dodge bonuses up, use readied actions, and spend most of your combat actions tripping and throwing people, and you've got yourself an aikido using monk. If you really need to tailor the monk specifically, look into replacing the automatic feats he gets, as suggested in Unearthed Arcana.
