All in one? [Archive] - Wizards Community

That would be really amazing. All in in one, easily printable PDF. That would be something no official publisher could ever make. I dare to say that it would be perhaps the best free product ever made in the world of D&D. Hundreds of wonderful and unique ideas for players and DM:s alike. Sounds nice doesn't it?

Just a thought :)

08-01-04, 12:50 PM Only problem is that there are SO many and they are constantly being tweaked. I can't imagine anyone putting that much time into creating one file. Good idea, but probably not going to happen

08-01-04, 01:32 PM You are right, it would really be a huge task to complete. But then again there are some really impressive PDF:s in net which are free and very good quality. Someone seems always have time to complete such a things so why not this. It could be updated every two or three months for example.

I think that if such a thing would be made people would make their works so that they would be easier to add in to the booklet.

08-01-04, 03:01 PM The bast way to organise it is to release it in monthly volumes, whereby each poster nominates one PrC they've made and it gets added in. Then you could enforce themes, like: "This month, you must present a knight in shining armor class" or "This month, you must present a pyro"

Or, in a more fun way, everyone could nominate someone else's prestige class that really knocked them off their feet. These would get added. And after that you could enforce themes, like: "Nominate an archer" and "Nominate a Rabbi"

The first one would assure a larger quantity of classes, and the second one would assure a better quality (and more fun).

When all that's done, we have to kidnap some poor sucker artist and force him to draw pictures for them all. :smirk:
