If I use the shapeshift druid alternative class feature from PHBII, once I hit "ferocious slayer" or better my size category increases. Do I get the normal benefits of a size increase (STR up, attack bonus down, etc.) if I take a form that is Large or bigger?

You're only larger when you're in Ferocious Slayer form. When in that form, you gain only the benefits specified for the FS form.

It's kind of like the enlarge person spell, which doubles your size but doesn't provide the full list of size-increase bonuses.
