A cleric can spontaneously cast cure spells. Any cure spell deals damage to undead. So: Has a cleric a cool repertoire of damage dealing touch spells vs undeads available via his spontraneous casting feature?

Yes. A cleric is a damage-munchkin against undead.

A special note on the spontaneous casting. It only covers spells with cure in its name. So you don't get to cast heal spontaneously. Also, the radiant servant of pelor can only gain his healing bonuses with domain slots. :( . Just thought that might help. On the munchin, their is a complete divine feat worth its cost, Augment Healing :) . This stacks with the healing domain bonus :D . Have fun with the Divine.
