Alternatives to the healers unicorn? [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-23-05, 07:44 AM I really like the healer class from the miniature handbook, but I don't like the idea that they will get a unicorn tagging along with them.
So what ability would you think were fair and balanced to give them instead?
All suggestions would be welcome.

If you want something other than a companion, that is another question. Possibly let them summon a relic appropriate to a healer that they can use without the usual feats or spell slots. See Complete Divine for relic info.
