Am I getting this combo right? [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-03-06, 08:50 PM So let's say a Dread Necromancer takes the Tomb-Tainted Soul feat from Libris Mortis (which allows the PC to be healed by Negative Energy like Undead at the cost of no longer being healed by Positive Energy).

Now here's the question, does that mean the DN's Charnel Touch ability (which channels Negative Energy and can be used to heal Undead) now can be used to heal himself?

Yeah, I figured that but outside of combat it's basically unlimited healing as even an 8th level DN can "heal" himself of 30 points per minute.
