Ancestral Lore class feature, Dragon Descendant prestige class. I'm sorry, but this description should say instead, "substitute a Concentration check for any knowledge check, then add your Dragon Descendant class level + INT modifier." THAT would be "like Bardic Knowledge", otherwise this once-a-week special ability bites! Ancestor Dragons powerful enough to offer such benefits to a Dragon Descendant are also extremely wise and knowledgeable beings, and this class feature should reflect that (and be more like Bardic Knowledge as per description).
