i know you all have varied opinions on the relative brokedness of warlocks, but this topic is not for that.

what i'm interested in doing is creating a varient of the walrock that gets their powers from a celestial or "pure" source, as opposed to most warlocks getting powers from evil sources.

the biggest change i think should be ion the types of invocations available, but i'm not sure what type they should get. i think maybe they should get a few healing invocations, and more based on protection, WDYT?

see the warlock circle's unrelated posts, there, Gifted (celestial), Natural (nature), and Strange (abberation) variants (http://www.wizards.com/leaving.asp?url=http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=370164&origin=)

Healing invocations will break the game at lower levels.

Healing invocations will break the game at lower levels. So you just don't give the Warlock access to them until at least the Lesser level. And you make them self-only until at least Greater.
