A druid can get a heavy horse, but not a heavy war horse. They can get a tyrannosaurus but not a warhorse?

Anyone know if this is 100% true?

If you were going to allow it, would you treat it as a higher tier animal companion, or just treat it as 1st level? It's got 1 extra HD over a regular horse and gets more attacks, but they aren't awesome attacks.

Remember war trained animals also gain proficiency with all armors. So I'd say that war horses would -1 Druid Level for animal companion advancement(instead of -3 because it is only a tiny bit stronger).
