Hi, I have two question about the animal lord in combination with Druid.

I take some sorts of Druid/Barbarian/AnimalLord. Cause of the barbarian I wanna use the Greataxe and sometimes the chainmail. Cause of that I cant use my Druidic special abilities and spell-like abilities.
>the druid can't use any spells or spell-like abilities if he wears
>prohibited armor, shields (metall). (eventually weapons too?)

I accept that I have 2 Spell-Tables.
- one for druid
- one for animal lord

But what about the animal lord. The text says, that he cast and prepares the spells like a druid (but nothing about prohibited stuff). And therefor do the weapon restrictions for druid are prohibited for animal lord too?

A answer would be: "As long as nothing is written about it, don't think about it in this way" :)

ok, now you: "...

many views but no answers, come on.
I need a reply to that (*g like every thread ^^).
There should be someone out there who has played a Animal Lord, and of course if he played like the combination I do, I could be more happy to share his practical knowledge about my "problem".
Cause I'm not really sure what about my Animal Lord Spells and Special Abilities, if I wield an Greatace in an Chainmal.

no restriction for AL: "casts like a druid" means needing to choose each day which spells to prepare among all that appear on the class list; restriction are not part of the spellcasting ability, but an "ability" (albeit negative) of its own.
HOWEVER, remember that the restrictions remains as long as the druid abilities are concerned (including the druid spellcasting).
