Animal Lord from Complete Adventurer is balanced? [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-29-06, 01:21 AM A player asked that his barbarian take Animal Lord as a Prestige Class. The 3.0 book's version of AL was too powerful but the one inComplete Adventurer has been toned down a bit and looks ok.

Any experience with that Pr class?

05-29-06, 01:27 AM I used it for an NPC for a while that dealt with my group. I found it to be pretty decent, if not a little on the low end of power. If he wants it, go for it, I can't think of any reason it'd be bad.
